"Working with Amanda has been a pleasure - she is kind, professional, responsive and very detail-oriented. Closing a house in Costa Rica and bringing money from foreign countries can be a complicated process and Amanda really has her clients' backs. She puts her clients first and has been extremely communicative and transparent.
"Amanda Rocks!
For all Americans looking to buy in Costa Rica, there is no MLS listing site which makes this process very difficult. I emailed many many realtors in regards to lots for sale all of which gave me very little urgency to proceed and some straight up told me the commission for my lot budget is not worth it to them and they will get back to me whenever they can. Amanda on the other hand went above and beyond and has an amazing work ethic. Our budget was $30,000 which is not a huge commission but Amanada did not treat us any different. Exploring land in Costa Rica we ran into many obstacles while investigating the details of ownership. Details only of which Amanda dug up and relayed to us and advised us not to buy these lots. “Coming from America I'm not sure any realtors would have advised their clients in not completing a sale especially when it was their listing” After a handful of failed offers I put the Costa Rica lot on the backburner. Amanda Did not!
