Amanda and Jen were brought together by their mutual passion for real estate and love for the beautiful region of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica. Their friendship began while filming an episode of House Hunters International and as soon as they met, they knew they had a connection that went beyond the show.During filming, they quickly bonded over their shared love of adventure and their desire to help clients find the perfect property in Costa Rica. As they toured different properties and discussed their experiences in the real estate industry, they realized that they had a lot in common. They were both passionate about providing exceptional service to their clients, and they shared a deep knowledge of the local market.

They quickly realized that they had complementary skill sets, with Amanda specializing in concession land and right of possession properties and Jen in luxury properties and vacation homes in Costa Rica.As they worked together, they developed a close friendship and a deep respect for each other’s expertise. Amanda Kingsbury Longchamps

Amanda Kingsbury Longchamps is a native Canadian and a Real Estate Specialist. She has a love for adventure! From a young age, she has had a compelling interest in tropical real estate.
She became a licensed agent in Canada, gaining invaluable experience. Then decided to take her knowledge and apply it south of the border. With the blessing and support of her husband, they sold their home. Next, they packed up their belongings and dogs, and relocated to Costa Rica! Starting the Costa Rica adventure in Brasilito, Guanacaste and getting to know many of the surrounding neighbourhoods, including; Flamingo, Potrero, Las Catalinas, Huacas, Santa Cruz, Villa Nueva , Playa Coco, and as far as La Cruz.
Exploring all the hidden waterfalls, beaches and hiking trails. It was time to see a little more of the country.
Dominical was the next stop; Uvita, Ojochal, Baru, and Perez Zeledon to name only a few good spots before landing on Playa Bandera in Parrita! Once here, she immersed herself in the local culture and community. With a passion for learning languages, Amanda is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.Work with Amanda to have a great experience buying and selling real estate.
